    When we ordered a plaque for our beloved daughter we asked for a silver frame and adjustments to the image, we agreed the proof but with more colour left in the image, what we recieved back was a terrible pixelated image in a gold border also in a gold frame. When we phoned to try and rectify the situation we were told they dont deal with the public and we were nasty ?? all we wanted was what we paid for and was promised, this company is uncaring and so unprofessional i'd strongly advise to use an alternative company.

    After the tragic loss of our daughter we wanted a plaque for the headstone, the plaque was paid for and eagerly awaited. we asked for a silver frame and adjustments to the photo, what we recieved back was a a really bad image and inset into a gold frame, when we phoned to try and rectify the situation we were told they dont deal with the public and treated with contempt. Don't use this company if you care about your loved ones.
