Pupils have taken part in a range of extra curricular activities both in school and without: There is a variety of school clubs which operate during lunch and after school: Maths and Science, Homework, ICT, History, Technology, Drama workshops, business and young enterprise, dance, netball, rounders, swimming, judo, Amnesty International, orchestra, ensemble groups, senior and junior gospel choirs There is also a large variety of school visits including an annual biology field trip as well as the many visits to theatre, galleries and museums for all year groups. Other activities include: Annual activities week Sports day Sixth Form and School Council Opportunities for nomination as Prefects and Senior Prefects Prizegiving and Achievement assemblies Opportunities for prayer and worship Charity fundraising Fashion shows, talents shows and concerts Participation in local and national competition Borough swimming galas and inter-school competition Foreign visits to France, Germany and Belgium Various study skills and enrichment opportunities for gifted and talented, and special needs Weekly Student Voice assemblies Selected students are also invited take part in staff selection process
