IK Consult is a marketing and communication consultancy founded in 2005 by Imad Kublawi, a former JWT MENA COO. It has exclusive affiliation with Results International Group and AAI for the MENA region offering corporate advice on mergers & acquisitions, commercial reviews and pitches exclusively in the marcoms industry and related marketing technologies.

Detailed description:
Imad has a rare combination of three marcoms skills acquired during his career of 33 years: (1) On the agency side: Imad spent 27 years in advertising which started in Kuwait then moved to Athens and in 1984 to London. In 2002, having spent 17 years in London, Imad relocated to Beirut carrying on as Chief Operating officer of JWT’s Middle East Network where he was involved in driving excellence and efficiency strategically and operationally throughout the network. ( 2 ) On the client side: In August 2005 Imad formed “IK Consult” in London with the objective of being the strategic advisors of choice to top management on all aspects of marketing communication in the MENA region.
IK Consult expanded to Dubai and Doha with delivery capability across the entire region and has engaged blue chip companies in three areas: Strategic Brand Development, Agency Selection & Management, and Training & HR. In this capacity, Imad acted as advisor to a number of publicly listed companies as well as medium to large private enterprises.
( 3 ) Corporate finance and strategy advice with Results International: Imad joined Results International in 2008 as Regional Partner for the MENA region and has since been engaged in a number of buy and sell mandates in the region and most recently prepared a comprehensive management consultancy study on the digital space in MENA. Imad graduated from the American University of Beirut in 1976 with a BBA.
