  • bad constaint back pain

    To those living in constant pain,

    In 2008, I would wake up every morning in such intense pain that I was unable to stand straight for over an hour. At work, I was very careful not to bend or lift incorrectly otherwise my pain would increase. I would experience numbness in different parts of my body. I was in constant pain which was causing me to become mean and short-tempered with others. My entire life was revolving around the agony that was causing me to become a very bitter person.

    A close friend suggested that I see Dr.Christian at Ideal Spine Centre.

    Now, two years after, I am completely pain-free. Dr. Christian of the Ideal Spine Centre gave me my life back and has done more for me than I will ever be able to repay.

    I would say that I have appreciated the care I have received at Ideal Spine Centre in Canterbury. Dr. Christian has a calm, gentle demeanor that immediately put me at ease. It was obvious to me at the first visit that the care given to me by Dr. Christian was extraordinary. The whole experience was very relaxing and peaceful. Dr.Christian does far more than just getting rid of my aches & pains, he treats the whole person. Not only that, but Dr. Christian has very gifted hands. His technique is very gentle and healing. In all, the total personal care I receive at the Ideal Spine Centre is outstanding and I would recommend this chiropractic centre in canterbury to anyone.

    I was recommeded to see Dr. Christian Farthing at the Spine Centre by my phsiotherapist in Canterbury. She said the chiropractors at the Spine Centre are more specialised in dealing with spine related problems.

    I didn't realise that whiplash would result in me suffering with headaches and pins and needles. It was only until my Physio said it was important to treat the cause and not just the pain.

    I had xrays and tests and Dr. Farthing told me what was causing my problem. I had 6 spinal adjustments and felt an immediate improvement. After just 3 weeks my pins and needles have also improved and my head feels light and clear again.

    My wife also had a checkup and her back pain has also improved significantly. We have been very happy with our care and wish to continue the improvements made so far.

    Going to the Ideal Spine Centre in Canterbury has been the most refreshing experience I have had at a health practice for a long time. I had a thorough examination and xrays. Everything was explained and the chiropractic care received has been excellent. I am feeling the best that I have done for years. No pain and more energy. Definitely worth a visit.
