ICOSA is a small consultancy company established in 1997 to manage and deliver vocational education and training projects. The directors, Anne Marie Clark and Beej Kaczmarczyk, previously held senior management posts in further education colleges. Their international experience started with the European Consortium for Training, Enterprise and Development (ECTED), which they co-founded with partners from the private sector, higher education, FE colleges and Training and Enterprise Councils.
Detailed description:
ICOSA’s primary activities have included EU PHARE funded education reform programmes in central and eastern Europe, pilot and mobility projects under the Leonardo da Vinci programme and feasibility studies in distance learning and export markets. Currently ICOSA is partnering with
