Detailed description:

We are well versed in interviewing difficult to reach respondents. In the last year we have conducted over 60, 000 interviews with C level, Director and Senior Managers in large, medium and small companies. Typically the surveys are concerned with customer satisfaction, buying decision making for IT and Telecoms services & software/hardware, mystery shopping and new product development. We are fully web enabled to run mixed mode research so that maximum response rates can be achieved.

In the last 12 months we completed over 900, 000 consumer interviews. The surveys undertaken have covered the full array of market sectors and have embraced advertising, customer satisfaction, E-commerce, opinion polling, usage & attitude and new product development. ICM Direct conducts international research from its 80-seat call centre in Central London.

In a major international city we are able to tap into a rich vein of native speakers from all European countries.
