i.d.space design consultants have been providing a design and specification service for both commercial and domestic clients for 15 years. Based in Bristol, we work on new construction and renovation projects all over the country. Producing aesthetic and ergonomically effective designs that please every end-user is always a tough challenge. The secret to our success is really understanding the needs of the people who will benefit from the designs and then combining creativity with practicality for results that will continue to be appreciated and enjoyed.
Detailed description:
We specialise in being objective; our designers’ breadth of experience is gained from a diverse range of projects. We create a wide variety of interiors from modern or contemporary to traditional or period and every scheme is totally individually created to meet the needs of that particular client. We recognise that every organisation (including households!) needs to communicate overtly and subliminally, its values, identity and status.
We support and develop these key statements through effective interior design. We also believe the interior should be in harmony with the building and we always look at the “big picture” of the location and style of the building in order to develop our design ideas.
If we have the opportunity to be involved in the early stages of a new-build or renovation project we work closely with the architects and construction team to develop the design and layout. This means that the transition from exterior design to interior layout and fixtures and then furnishings is seamless for both those working on the project and then for those using and enjoying the building.
