Judith Stack is a qualified and registered Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist based on the North Yorkshire and Lancashire border covers the North Yorkshire area around Skipton and the Lancashire areas around Barnoldswick, Colne, Burnley areas. She is a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register, the Register for Evidence-Based Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy and the National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy. Within her personal approach to treatment Judith offers a range of therapies including solution-focussed therapy, analytical therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and NLP and will use her professional knowledge and experience to find the most effective treatment for her clients. She works with a wide range of personal issues such as smoking cessation, fears, anxiety and phobias, pain control, anger management, irritable bowel syndrome, exam nerves and she has specialist training in working with children's problems. She is also a certified Hypnobirthing practitioner.
