    I bought a new pair of faux fur lined military boots the other week, the soles had virtually no grips resulting to me falling over. i tried taking the boots back the day after i bought them and was told that they already had low grips and I could not have an exchange,refund or credit note. I am appalled at the disgraceful customer service of this store and will not be shopping their again. 11/18/2010 7:39:32 PM
