. Established over 40 years ago, Hydraulic Actuators & Controls design and manufacture ancillary hydraulic valves. Based in Surrey we serve a global market including the automotive, mechanical and engineering sectors. HAC manufacture a standard product range as well as special hydraulic valves for specific applications. Applications include valves for locking cylinders under heavy load in place, alternating oil flows through hydraulic systems and sequencing valves.
Detailed description:
In conjunction with Dowdeswell Engineering, HAC have developed the Flow Sense system for the sequencing of cylinders whilst maintaining full pressure for each cylinder movement. HAC offer electronic control systems for a range of applications and logic control systems such as fault pressure selection, air purging, temperature sensing and actuator locking, all based on solid state baords that can be integrated with clients existing control boxes or mounted seperatly in shock proof mounted enclosures. We offer a full in-house design facility catering for all our clients requirements no matter how complex. Our design service includes electrical, mechanical and circuit design as well as prototype development.
