HYDRAQUIP Specialist Hoses. Flexible industrial rubber, hydraulic and stainless steel braided hose pipes used throughout car motor manufacturing, aviation and heavy lifting equipment. HYDRAQUIP was established in 1989 as a local supplier of hydraulic hoses. Since then the Group has grown and now operates in two main fields, namely Braided hose assembly (braided flexibles) manufacturing which supplies both the UK and International markets and also operates the largest independent UK fleet of On Site Replacement Hydraulic hose service vehicles. Being leaders in these two areas now give the group an annual turnover in excess of £9 million.
Detailed description:
The Braided Hose Division initially started with one customer in 1993 who were supplied with shower pump hoses. Today we supply a number of industries and cover Air Conditioning, Automotive, Building Services, Catering, Distribution, HEVAC, Marine, Mechanical & Electrical, Plumbing, Vending and numerous OEMS. Stock sizes ranges go from DN06 (nitrile), DN08 (epdm) up to DN25 (nitrile) and DN50 (epdm) with a complimentary range of fittings to suit. Ex stock and bespoke assemblies are readily available with the option of having customer specified fittings manufactured or own branded hose available for higher volume users.
Our capacity and stocks will allow for the manufacture of single hose assemblies with a choice of end terminations in bore sizes up to DN200 (8”) and also allow us to supply loose hose for distributors straight off the shelf. In addition to the loose components we will be stocking a number of the more popular finished assemblies, which will allow for larger quantities of hoses available for immediate despatch. The HYDRAQUIP recipe for success has and always will be based on Service & Quality with ISO accreditation first achieved in 1996 and is currently to ISO 9001-2008.
