Hunters Solutions is a Family run staffing and training provider with a branch network covering the Midlands and the Home Counties. Established in May 2004 with the ambition of providing a more personal and flexible service to both our Clients and Candidates. Through our network of permanent and seasonal locations we supply a diverse range of Clients with a wide variety of staff.

By using Hunters proven services we can drive through significant improvements in driving down costs whilst maximising performance. Through the utilisation of our unique award winning service we provide a more structured and flexible support to a wide variety of Clients and Candidates across the region.

At Hunters we understand the value and importance that an effectively screened and tested flexible workforce can add to our Clients operations.

Detailed description:

Our network of permanent and seasonal locations cover from The South Coast to the Midlands allowing us to operate close to your operation whilst minimising our expenditure and therefore the overall costs to our Clients. At Hunters we take the time to ensure that our Work Force meets not only current legislation but is suitable and able to perform the tasks required of them. We recognise the value of the individual within our business which is why we take the time to get to know them. This approach allows us to provide a more personal and supportive work experience than they would traditionally experience in the market. The Industrial team deliver fast and effective staffing solutions to Manufacturing and Distribution Operations across the network.

The Industrial team understand that some times you will need high quality staff at short notice to fulfil your Client needs.In order to properly support this requirement we will have a program that allows us to continually build and develop our work force. When you need staff we will have them available for you. We also understand and recognise the importance of the Health & Safety of our workforce, which is why all of our Client sites have a bespoke Health & Safety Policy design to meet the individual needs of that site . In turn our staff our provided with the relevant Personal Protective Equipment and training to be able to operate safely and efficiently whilst out at our Clients sites.

We provide numerous training packages up to and including NVQ level Two Qualifications. All of our staff undertake Health & Safety Training modules before they start work for us to ensure that they are aware of potential risks whilst on site. All of our staff have to undertake these two training packages regardless of were they will be working to ensure that they aware of the potential risks they may encounter.
