Hunters Brewery, Ipplepen, is situated in the heart of the Teignbridge countryside, in Beautiful Devon. The photo above is the view from our brewery at Bulleigh Barton Farm. Hunter's brewery was established in September 2008.
Detailed description:
It all started after a bad week at work, I started to seriously think about this long held dream of becoming a master brewer and starting a micro-brewery. For many months I investigated buying existing brewery’s, but I soon realised that I would be happier starting my own with my stamp on it.
My aims are to produce quality real ales using only the finest grade A materials whilst keeping costs to a minimum. Being a micro-brewery we have a discounted excise duty and as part of our company ethos and services we pass these savings onto our customers. Another aim is to keep Hunter's Ale local to Devon to reduce ale miles, keep delivery costs down to a minimum and sustain the Local economy.
