Hunloke Park Primary School was opened in 1968 and provides education for children of primary school age. The school is situated on an attractive site on the southern outskirts of Chesterfield. It offers various after-school activities that may vary from term to term. These include cricket, dance, football, netball etc.
Music has a very special place in the life of the school and there is a school orchestra and choir. All children have the chance to learn the recorder, violin and cello. Children also enjoy the opportunity to go on educational school trips.
The school aims to give all its pupils a high standard of education in an environment in which they can learn about themselves and learn to care for others.
