  I cannot even give a star for this company as the term 'customer service' is a completely alien concept. When asked if they could deliver a calour gas fire and bottle 2 minutes around the corner on a saturday morning i was met with the answer ' it will be between 10am and 2pm'.. When asked it were possible to deliver earlier at a time convenient for me, ie the CUSTOMER, the reply was 'im not making any money on these love so you will have to wait until i got a driver unless you want to pay £14 an hour to one of my drivers!!

  maybe its just me but its not what i've come to expect in this day and age. If you expect this company to accomodate you, i reccomend you forget it and try another one!
