Fresh HR minds can be your outsourced Human Resources department that, for a reasonable monthly fee, offers free recruitment, supply of permanent, interim, contract and temporary staff, comprehensive and effective Indemnity insurance against all employment disputes; and a comprehensive service covering contracts of employment and all other employment documents. Our fees are reasonable and extremely cost effective.

Detailed description:

Contracts of Employment. FreshHRminds will advise or produce/amend contracts of employment for all existing employees of the Client. Contracts are bespoke and will reflect the exact nature of the employment ( and will be honed to the particular sector of the client.) Any changes to existing contracts will be issued to staff and normal legal procedures will apply to any changes. Statement of Terms or Handbook. Produce, advise or amend Statement of Terms for all employees that have a contract of employment. In some cases a straightforward Statement of Terms will be produced or we may produce a more comprehensive document, normally referred to as a Hand Book. Legal Protection.

Protection against employment related claims by an employee of the client relating directly to his/her employment with the Client. The Company will allow the Client to be a beneficiary of our Employment Insurance that Indemnifies against claims and awards relating to Employment matters such as awards against the Client during the course of an Employment tribunal. For the sake of clarity, the insurance also pays for all the legal work taken on by a qualified employment lawyer that occurs in the preparation of a claim or negotiation of an out of court settlement. Employment Legislation. The Company will keep the Client informed of new employment legislation ( verbally, post or email). Client Care.

The Company will visit the Client every six months, by arrangement, to discuss any matters relating to the employees of the client or any future needs of the Client. Recruitment Temporary, contract, interim and permanent staff supplied by expert recruitment consultants and up to four vacancies filled at no extra cost. FreshHRminds will act on behalf of the Client to recruit (replacement or additional staff) as a first point of contact for applicants. FreshHRminds will advertise the vacancies on job boards and its own network to to fill such vacancies.
