Based in Ashford in Kent, we look after telephone, IT and mobile services for over 1, 000 businesses in the South East. Formed in 1999 to help local established businesses reduce costs by transferring their services away from BT, HP Technology now supply, install and support the IT and and telephone system technology for many leading businesses and organisations in the South East, including Girlings Solicitors, Benenden School, Haynes Motor Group and the Arena Lesiure Group who operate Lingfield and Folkestone Racecourses. Our growth and success has been founded on traditional principles like doing what you say you are going to do and treating others as we would like to be treated ourselves.
We aim to listen to our customers by means of personal feedback calls and regular consultations. Our ability to maintain a high standard of service as we have grown has largely depended on the quality of our staff, many of whom have been with us for a minimum of five years and have extensive experience of the world of phone and IT system technology.
We constantly work at providing customers with a helpful and personal experience where nothing is too much trouble and we are easy to do business with. We do not operate a call centre and as much as possible, customers can talk to a range of different staff about an issue or enquiry.
