Detailed description:
A chartered surveyor since 1986, Adrian spent the first seven years of his career in retail agency and development with London agents, Hillier Parker and Allsop & Co. In 1991, he was recruited by GA / Keith Cardale Groves to manage their commercial agency and professional office at Tonbridge and in 1992, he set up Hindley Howse with Rod Hindley. Ten years later in 2002, when Rod decided to concentrate on development, Adrian set up his own practice trading as Howse Associates with Rod and Ian Goemans acting as consultants.
Over the last few years, Adrian has represented clients in respect of some of the most important property and land transactions in Kent and Sussex.
Outside of work, Adrian is a keen sailor and races his Enterprise dinghy with varying degrees of success. His colleagues take the he fact that he continues this activity into the Winter as evidence of unusal masochistic tendencies.
