Opened in May 2007 this newly refurbished guesthouse has received nothing but praise from its delighted guests, many of whom have already paid us the compliment of another visit.
One of Eastbourne 's newest hotels, the boutique style Hotel Pavilion opened its doors in the spring of 2007 much to the delight of its many guests. Newly refurbished through-out and totally non smoking in all areas, hotel pavilion has received much praise for its comfort, style and cleanliness and being owner run ,guests appreciate the personal touches which ensures their stay is a memorable one.
The seafront location is perfect for the beach and for exploring the many attractions Eastbourne has to offer. The Hotel is situated 10 minutes walk from the pier and the light and airy rooms, have either fabulous sea views, or to the rear views of the Downs.

The seafront location is perfect for the beach and for exploring the many attractions which Eastbourne has to offer. The light and airy rooms offer views of the sea at the front and of the Downs to the rear.
The bedrooms are furnished in the New England style with cool crisp bed linen and immaculate bathrooms, each of which have both a bath and a power shower. The public rooms offer stylish comfort with sleek leather sofas and walls adorned with original paintings by a local artist.
Hotel pavilion is perfect for catering for small weddings, christenings, parties and functions and with our wide experience of hospitality before we acquired the Hotel Pavilion ,we are able to provide innovative menus tailor-made for your requirements.

Each room has a refreshment tray, wireless high-speed Internet connection and TV. As you lie in bed you can view the sea and listen to the cry of the seagulls. Two of the rooms offer large spacious terraces where you may sit and relax and perhaps watch many of the yachts or motorboats that have sailed out of Eastbourne’s marina at Sovereign Harbour, which is the largest man made marina in Europe.
