jen1980Really disappointed in this company. Ordered item online and paid by card so.i rang after to check it ws in stock and was told it wasnt and so cancelled my order and asked for refund to be processed. Its now a month later and im still waiting for a refund ivevtried emailing and calling and got very rude response from the owner. Im now taking advice from trading standards as shes breached distance selling laws so i'd recommend not using them.

malinUnfortunately Horsingaroundsaddlery.co.uk is run by a impostress. My daughter and her friend ordered two hats on January 23, 2011. The helmet were paid instantly by credit card but they never received the hats!!!! We have tried to get our money back but Horsingaroundsaddlery.co.uk does not return our mails and phone calls. We are now trying to get a refund by our credit card company.

berooI recently ordered some wellies off this company. A week later I chased up whether they had been sent, to be told that they had apparently emailed me (they hadn't) to tell me they were out of stock and did I want to wait or get a refund. I said I wanted a refund, which over a week later was not forthcoming and no further contact. Luckily I paid by Paypal so was able to lodge a dispute and get a full refund.
If you are in any doubt about whether to use this company, Google the horse and hound forums, there are lots of similar experiences.

tscparkNot a good service, I have been waiting around for a refund for over 7 months and I just get excuses. Use them at your peril!

- beroo:If you paid on your credit card get the credit card company to issue a chargeback. All credit card companies have to insure your payments. You can dispute the payment and it may mean the police get involved as well.
