Unlike most private planning consultancies, we also carry out public sector contract work. This includes the processing of householder applications and the processing and analysis of appeal decisions. We therefore have a unique insight into what councils and the planning inspectorate look for when they determine planning applications and appeals.
We pride ourselves in being very competitive and affordable. Fixed fees may sound attractive but this can often work out to be very expensive, certainly for planning appeals. At Hollins Planning the basic cost is £70 per hour. This is considerably lower than most of our competitors.
