Holdi is proud to introduce its world class Chef, Rukon Kamaly. Rukon was born in Bangladesh and started cooking while in his early teens while training in one of London's finest Indian restaurants. His restaurant features an authentic Indian cuisine which is as diverse as its culture, language, region and climate.

Tandoori dishes derive their name from the Tandoor oven that they are cooked in. This unique process seals in the goodness. Served with a vegetable curry sauce, rice and a continental fresh salad.
Originated in Persia. Prepared with basmati pilau rice, stir-fried together with various herbs n spices, onions & sultanas, with a fresh salad and served with a mix vegetable curry sauce.
Balti dishes are cooked in a caast iron wok, blended with green spices, onions, capsicum & tamarind to give that unique tangy taste.
