Holdcroft Nissan must be the worst Gararge I have ever had dealings with. They rebuilt my primstar engine after a snapped timing chain after this it never ran right engine light stayed on all the time. Found loose bolts on the subframe and kept loosing coolant Only did 2000 miles & the crank failed that was replaced by them & they are refusing to help. As they say it had been driven through water utter rubbish. Please be aware these people just want your money !!!!!!!
Travelled over 3 hours to collect car. Rear passenger window not closing-Under warranty but had to pay the inspection fee( LARGE PLASTIC SOLD SIGN was STUCK IN DOOR ).I was PROMISED REFUND but this NEVER MATERIALISED.The principle would not talk to me as in a meeting which was more important and treated me with contempt. NOT ONE EMAIL has been answered.I was allowed to travell home with under inflated tyres. I did comment on the tyres but was told they are low profile.-No tyre compressor was in the boot and missing,I would have had a real problem travelling back at night if I'd had a flat..Ok I should have checked but I trusted the garage and they had two weeks to prep the car . As of to date and several weeks later Holdcroft Nissan Hanley have not sent the tyre compressor or refund. I can only say after sales is ZERO. They also made me sign a form saying it was a legal requirement from the ?IFA as I refused to pay £300 for a depreciation policy-I said I will consult my own insurance company first. I spent a lot of money at this garage- they let me down badly.
