HINDON ORGANIC FARM

Our organic farm is the gateway to a perfect Exmoor bed and breakfast or self-catering holiday; our guests say it's "a real taste of the countryside" and "like The Darling Buds of May". Ducks greet guests as they pass the farm gate, and piglets can be seen playing in the fields. The cattle herd and sheep flock graze nearby, and our peacocks like to parade in the cottage garden. Situated on the National Trust Holnicote estate our peaceful valley is adjacent to the heather moor that surrounds Selworthy Beacon and overlooks Porlock Bay.

The farm is located within Exmoor National Park, with many farm animals, and also wildlife such as Exmoor ponies and red deer on the surrounding moor. By caring for our farm and the environment we have been granted an award for commitment to quality 'green' principals by the Park. Accommodation at Hindon Organic Farm is situated in our 18th century traditional farmhouse (bed and breakfast) and in our charming holiday cottage (self catering) in it's own peaceful setting within the farm valley; Both are a perfect choice for those who seek a relaxed and peaceful location for walking, riding, cycling, or other country pursuits in the Exmoor area.

Enjoy delicious meals and wonderful walking straight from the front door to the coast and moor, then maybe treat yourself to a relaxing soak in the outdoor hot tub under the Exmoor sky. Aromatherepy treatments are available too.
