Tom RogersThe owner noticed my dog, Ben was not well after a few days, she took him to the vets and called me (on holiday in Spain) to reassure me that he was being treated at the vets. It turns out that he had swallowed a ball at home (which explains why we could not find it!). Ben was fit and well when we returned and I cannot thank Chris enough for the care she had taken of Ben.
