Whether you have booked one of our comfortable rooms or are simply visiting to dine in our stunning restaurant, from the moment you walk through the doors of our traditional & very friendly family run Hotel you'll feel right at home. While you choose from our menu you can relax in our well appointed and comfortable lounge bar, and enjoy a drink from our full bar and cellar. You can decide to make dinner an occasion, and eat in our newly refurbished restaurant or simply choose from our traditional bar menu, or during the summer months you can laze in our newly landscaped beer garden which is a real suntrap. Either way, you can relax knowing that we serve freshly cooked, homemade food using locally sourced ingredients. Our nine bedrooms are furnished to a high standard, with en-suite bathroom with shower, WC, colour television, tea and coffee-making facilities.

When you eat at The Hillside Hotel you'll experience great tasting, well presented food. On our A la Carte menu you will find traditional favourites alongside more contemporary dishes for incredibly reasonable prices. All dishes are freshly prepared on the premises and cooked to order by Head Chef Michael Buchan. It all begins with the best and freshest local ingredients that we can find working through our local suppliers.Our newly decorated restaurant / function room is ideally suited to host private functions providing a truly personal & intimate setting for all occasions.
