Mixed gender, acute admissions; Group therapies; Close linkage with Crisis Resolution & Home Treatment; Single sex accommodation for female service users to promote privacy and dignity; A range of therapeutic interventions; Additionally, older adults can be admitted for care of functional illness; Liaison with other services.
Provides in-patient care and treatment to mentally ill adults aged 18-65. Provides assessment of mental state and compilation of reports. Supports clients who are detained under the Mental Health Act.
