Detailed description:
Highways Agency Traffic Officers are now managing and monitoring traffic, helping coordinate responses of other emergency services and reopening routes when the police have completed their investigations. We have a small corporate centre in London and a further seven offices across the country. We also have traffic officers working on motorways (and some all-purpose trunk roads) based in seven Regional Control Centres and 31 outstations.
