HF CHOCOLATES

The company began in 1957 when Hans Flatauer set up his business importing and distributing traditional German chocolate novelties. Originally known as hf Agencies, we changed the name to hf Chocolates in 1999 to reflect the specialist nature of our business. Since then our range of chocolate novelties has grown and we have added a wide range of other chocolate and confectionery products. We now have suppliers in Italy, France, Spain, the USA, Holland and Belgium as well as Hans' original German suppliers. More recently we have added a number of British suppliers to our range.

Our aim is to select great tasting and beautifully packaged products which will sit comfortably on the shelves of independent retailers, appeal to consumers and offer good value for money. We try to keep the range fresh as we appreciate that customers want to see new items but also make sure that we continue to offer established favourites which remain good sellers.

We operate from modern, temperature controlled warehouse and office premises in Milton Keynes. Products are stored at the optimum temperature of 16-18 degrees to ensure that they leave us in top condition. We have a special cooler area for products such as the nougat which require a lower storage temperature.
