We offer a wide range of adult activities for all abilities. Myo-Do-Kan – This is a great martial arts class for everyone to enjoy. Myo-Do-Kan is suitable for all ages. Why not come and try this great class and improve on your quick moves, strength and mind control. Badminton - Badminton is a great way to keep fit and healthy. so why not come and try our great social morning of fun for both men and women of all ages and abilities. Short Mat Bowls – Our bowls club starts off a great morning of fun. Bowls is a great way to unwind and takes lots of skill.

So why not come and try this great class which is suitable for both men and women. 60+ Compact Tennis – Compact tennis is a great way to keep fit and enjoy a great game against people of all abilities. This class is played indoors in our main hall. Circle dancing – Our circle dancing is a great class that gives you a chance to meet new people and have a fun enjoyable time with people of all ages. We offer a great variety of activities your children can try at Henfield Leisure Centre. Breakfast Club – Our breakfast club is run through the school term from Mondays to Fridays. Your children can get involved in arts and crafts, play on the PlayStation and watch T.V.

Breakfast can be supplied and the children are fully supervised. We then take the children over to the school at 8.45 am ready for there school day. After School Club – Your child will be picked up from St Peters school and looked after until 6.00pm. There will be many fun activities they can try such as – Football, Fun n games, Trampoline and much more. Trampoline Lessons – Our trampoline lessons are great fun and are run by our fully qualified instructors. You can learn new moves and work your way from awards 1 – 10. Tiny Tunes – This class is a friendly fun class in which your children can sing songs, play with musical instruments and soft toys.
