Henderson Green is an independent practice of Chartered Consulting Engineers specialising in the design of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services for today's modern and complex buildings.

Our business philosophy is to develop long term relationships with Clients and their professional partners, by the provision of a quality and responsive service. We place great emphasis on gaining knowledge of our Clients' practices and their estates, such that we are able to provide integrated expert solutions for each and every project. As well as traditional Design Services, we can also provide Clients with advisory and 'Performance' type duties to oversee Engineering Services designed by others.

We currently work as part of a close team under a number of formal 'Partnering' contracts such as the Isle of Wight Council's Schools Framework and NHS Procure 21 teams with BAM, Kier, Medicinq and Interserve. A mandatory requirement for all new buildings falling under the L2A Category of the 2006 Building Regulations is the production of a computer model (either the National Calculation Method iSBEM or Dynamic Thermal Model) to demonstrate compliance. The new Part L2 Regulations also now have a mandatory requirements to pressure test new buildings on completion and Building Logbooks also have to be provided.
