Unhappy with service
Tired It's no surprise to see recent the low ratings from other customers on this page. I won't go into it but I'd say it's similar to others here. If only I'd seen this a few months ago.

DissatisfiedNo joy! Problems getting to talk to someone on the phone everytime. No one getting back to me ever. Couldn't get stuff repaired. Problems getting deposits and overpaid rent back. Very rude attitude from staff. Unprofessional.

RenterThe people working here just couldn't give a d**** about their tenants. They seem all nice before you sign but once you need something, they just ignore you. They don't return phone calls or emails. I had real problems getting things repaired. Luckily the landlord gave me his contact details cos I had to end up dealing directly with him every time I needed something.

Kettering TenantWARNING to landlords ..unreliable and dishonest
Not passing on tenants rent to landlord while still collecting it from tenant but blaming him for non paymnent.
Losing several keys and stating they never possessed them in first place.. eventually admitting they lost the keys when inventory recited
Screening phonecalls and not calling back.
Not answering personal or business email queries.
Be warned and be careful who manages your rental property
