Help me park offers a professional meet and greet valet parking service from both North and South Terminals at London Gatwick Airport. Our facilities are safe and secure and have obtained the ParkMark Safer Parking award.

    This company should be avoided. I paid more than their competitors, thinking I'd get better service. I got worse! For dropping off the car, they said in their email: 'We will send you a text message half an hour before your scheduled arrival time.' This didn’t happen. We ended up phoning them, and were told the car would be collected at the agreed time. It wasn’t – we had to wait 55 minutes, and received no contact from them – we had to phone them four times to find out what was going on; and we were late for check-in and didn’t have time to eat before the flight. We were hassled by traffic wardens, security and police. Great way to start a holiday. Their confirmation email said they guarantee prompt collection. Rubbish. They said four days ago they would investigate and get back to me. Heard nothing since. My advice: avoid if you want to start your holiday on a good note!

    I used this co and they are great , always on time and very polite. When I get back my car is always waiting for me
