Helen Lesser has been in full time practice for well over 25 years, specialising in the most advanced use of hypnosis (Lesserian Curative Hypnotherapy). The aim of the treatment is to identify - and then correct - the reason WHY a symptom, condition or problem exists. With the cause corrected, the problem cannot continue to exist. The treatment is safe, gentle and enjoyable.

One of the most common misconceptions about this method of treatment is that it involves dealing with upsetting or unpleasant memories, but this is far from the case. If a past situation continues to cause suffering then there must be a reason why. The treatment therefore deals with this reason and no unpleasant events need to be recalled, relived or revisited.
