We find the tenant, complete all the documentation then manage the property on a day to day basis for a monthly management fee (usually taken from a percentage of the rent collected). We will also deal with the day to day needs of the tenant, attend to repairs and other related matters. Your bank account will be credited monthly with any rent collected. Some landlords prefer to manage their own property but have difficulty in finding a suitable tenant.
