Keith and Shona welcome you to their comfortable B&B in Keswick, Cumbria. This attractive Victorian slate Lake District bed and breakfast has stunning views from most rooms. The house is situated in a quiet location five minutes walk from Keswick town centre. The theatre by the lake and Derwentwater itself are also a short walk away. Enjoy breakfast in our dining room with views over Skiddaw and Latrigg.

First make a selection from our buffet and then enjoy a freshly cooked breakfast of your choice. Vegetarian options are available and we will happily cater for special diets with prior notice. The house has single, double, twin and king size accommodation. All of the bedrooms in the house are of a generous size and have all the features you will need to make your stay more comfortable.

Each room is equipped with beverage making facilities, colour TV, radio alarms, hairdryers and, for those guests who visit in the colder months, individually controlled central heating. We can supply packed lunches and we can fill your flask for free. We can give advice on local tours and walks. Maps, guides and timetables are also available for guests use.
