Our corporate services focus on transactions up to £50m although we have undertaken work for clients in connection with transactions in excess of this threshold. Traditionally our scope of advice has been restricted to advising privately owned companies but as our practice and clients grow and mature we are increasingly exposed to the regulated financial markets. Despite our involvement in deals of ever-increasing size, we remain committed to the smaller deals where we believe our expertise enables us to deliver such projects in a timely and cost-effective manner. Aside from our transactional activities we advise on all aspects of general corporate law providing timely, commercial and realistic advice to clients in a broad range of business sectors. Our property practice is a key part of our business. We have talented and committed lawyers working in the parallel areas of Property Finance and Commercial Property. In both disciplines, the list of clients who repose their trust in us to look after their property affairs is growing by the day. We are a very experienced Property Finance team acting for lending institutions handling a mixture of investment and development finance on a bilateral and syndicated basis often involving borrowers in foreign jurisdictions.
