HPS has expanded from being a small, West County based business to one of the UK’s leading independent suppliers to heating and plumbing engineers with branches in Somerset and Sussex giving us the ability to provide a fast and reliable service across the whole of southern England and South Wales.

Our stock policy is driven by our customers which means that we carry stocks not only of fast moving lines but also those spares which are often more difficult to get elsewhere. Unlike larger distribution and wholesaling groups we are not required to work to corporate objectives determined by the need to satisfy shareholder priorities (high margins, high stock turn and maximum levels of return on investment). Our priorities are to satisfy our customers’ needs as often as possible by providing great service and quick delivery.

So, for our growing numbers of heating and plumbing engineers, whose livelihoods depend on being able to respond quickly to breakdowns and servicing call-outs, speed of response with the right parts and spares is key to growing their business. By helping you grow we can grow with you thereby ensuring that our service remains second to none.

We didn’t call ourselves Heating Parts Specialists by chance – we are what we call ourselves – specialists in the supply of parts for the repair and maintenance of domestic and commercial heating appliances.

We stock parts for all the main boiler manufacturers including Aga Rayburn, Baxi, Danfoss, Potterton, Riello and Worcester, to name just some of the many brands we support. We also hold a wide range of boiler accessories needed in the servicing, maintenance and repair of heating systems including sealants, controls, test equipment, thermal textiles, burners and burner spares, oil tank gauges and cleaning products.
