With more and more properties having had central heating installed, emphasis shifted towards service and maintenance with a smaller installation team carrying out boiler replacements in addition to alterations and new installations, and in 1995 Heating Maintenance Services was formed by Mr. Paul Lucas.
HMS is fortunate to have a large and loyal group of customers, and prides itself on its quality of service.
