Short profile:
· We have a broad, balanced, inclusive curriculum programme of activities and we are developing a Cross Curriculum programme in the near future. · P4C (Philosophy 4 Children), R Time (Circle Time) and SEAL encourages children to openly and safely discuss personal and social issues. · French is being introduced to Year 3 and Year 4 from 2007 and will roll out across Key Stage 2 by 2010.
· Special Days for Cultural Celebrations include: French Day, Caribbean Day, Indian Day. Celebration of different cultural events.
· Road Safety Coordinators: Children in Year 6 have been consistently successful in an annual county wide Road Safety Quiz. Road Safety is regularly discussed in assemblies or in response to relevant local news items.
