Hazelgrove Care Home opened in 1993 and is registered for 48 residents and cares for people who require personal and nursing care as well as people experiencing confusion and dementia. As well as long term residency we welcome short terms respite and medium term convalescence. Rooms are situated over two floors, all of which are en suite.
There is a well appointed lounge and dining room on both the ground and the first floor. A purpose built home, Hazelgrove offers exceptional levels of culinary skills and our Chef produces top quality meals and snacks.
Hazelgrove is currently working towards the Gold Standards Framework; a framework to help deliver an exception standard of care for residents.
