Harvest Kitchen
product range falls into 3 main categories: Ham, Pate and Smoked Poultry. All the raw ingredients are sourced within East Anglia, and where possible within 30 miles of our Lowestoft kitchen. Whilst we continuously review our suppliers, we have remained loyal to our trusted sources who have continued to provide us with consistent quality materials since the Kitchen began.
We process cook your produce as required, using our modern hot smoking unit to smoke, cook, steam or roast; our covered brat pan to high quantity fry or Dutch oven cook; and our commercial range to conventionally cook. Your product is then packed either using our vacuum packer or heat shrink wrapper. All finished products are then stored in our blast chiller storage facility until delivery.
