Short profile:
There is a wide choice of after school clubs available within the school campus. Gymnastics, Cookery, Football, Netball, Cubs, Rounders, Maths and coaching from qualified coaches such as tag rugby. Our creative curriculum has now become established and the local environment is used to access learning opportunities.
We work with the national trust and the Yarner trust to encourage responsibility for our environment. We are visited by many specialists and professions such as the police, the life skills road bus, shark experts, arts specialists and animal workers.
We are a member of the local sports group and hold and take part in inter and intra school matches. Our children are directly responsible for the care of our school and grounds having an active schools council to voice their ideas.

Recent alterations provide modern, well equipped classrooms, a multi purpose hall/gym, a large dining hall and
good office accommodation, all within a Victorian building which has served the community for over 100 years.
We are lucky to have a large site with sports field, a hard playing area, secure area for the under fives and
gardens with a wildlife area. We have also recently put in planting beds for each class to grow vegetables and
