ContinYou Harrow Parent Partnership Service (CHAPPS) is a statutory service available to all Harrow parents/carers who have a child aged 0 to 19 with special educational needs (SEN).
Detailed description:
We provide a range of support services, for example: free, confidential and impartial advice about SEN; support for statutory assessment and annual reviews; support for meetings with schools and the local authority; information and signposting to other organisations. Who does CHAPPS work with? parents/carers; local and national voluntary organisations; Harrow Council’s children’s services; support services; schools; local health authority.
