Crossroads Care Harrow- We have a large number of experienced and skilled Health Care Support workers supporting families all over Harrow. We offer three hour sessions, which may be in the home, trips out into the local community or assisting with other physical activities.
Detailed description:
Childrens Services- This service is for under 18s with physical and/or learning difficulties. Our Health Care Support Workers are skilled and experienced in woking with children. An agreed care plan will be implemented on initial assessment and reviewed at regular intervals.
We aim to support families in their day to day lives, in doing so, the Health Care Support Worker will engage the child in a range of stimulating activities in the home &/or within the local community. Home Care Service- This is a sitting service provided in the home.
Our Health Care Support Workers will follow an agreed care plan in supporting the person with care needs. This may involve staying in the home and providing company and support, or it may involve taking a trip out in the local community.
