Harrow Consultancy supports the development of strategies, action plans and partnership working to sustain growth and success. We develop the competence and capabilities of organisations and individuals through consultation, mentoring, coaching and the facilitation of tailor-made learning programmes. We plan the work programme after establishing an understanding of the organisation’s needs, and what their policies and strategic objectives aim to achieve. We then provide expertise to develop with the client a deliverable solution within budget.
