    Never have i come accross an 'orginisation' with such poor cusotmer service. I paid £575 to rent a flat, i was left with out a working oven for five weeks, on aroung 8 occasions i was told we would sort it and ring you back, every time a call back was not forth coming. eventually the oven was replaced the new oven did not fit, and we had bare walls and pipes showing above and below the oven, the old oven was left in the flat for another two months and is quite possibly still there now. Our flat was not checked before we moved in ( as they told us this) yet they have charged us from our deposit to put things right. even though we have painted the walls at our own expense. I called today to question these issues quite calmly and i was litterally shouted at!!!. I was there customer yet they feel it's acceptable to shout at me . I have rented flats with other agents and never experienced any thing like this AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
