Hardies is one of the largest independent firms of Chartered Surveyors in Scotland with eight offices strategically located across the country and, through its membership of First Surveyors Scotland, provides local knowledge and national coverage. Currently the Practice has 13 Partners and around 80 staff, more than half of whom are professionally qualified in various disciplines. Hardies receive and process valuation instructions from all main Lenders and Panel Managers.
