The doctors and staff at Hanwell Health Centre in Hanwell are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare. We run clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups. In addition to everything you need to know about the practice you will also find health-related information in the menu on the right hand side.
Detailed description:
We aim to provide a caring, comprehensive and efficient service for all of our patients. Family Planning Full service, including coil fitting and emergency contraception, are available at any time with a routine appointment, with either the Doctor or Nurse. We feel that it is preferable that this service is provided by your own GP practice, but of course you are free to choose to go elsewhere.
Maternity & Child Health Surveillance Full antenatal and postnatal care is provided by the doctor and community midwife, and all immunisations and developmental checks for children are undertaken by the practice. The midwife visits every 2 weeks on Wednesday afternoons.
There is also a baby clinic at the surgery on Monday afternoons.
