An effortless ambience is created by a mixture of bistro and New England Style, together with a touch of art deco that all transpires into our menus. With what has to be one of the most appealing lunch menus in the city, you will be reluctant to leave for work. Drawing together classic, international and Welsh influences, starters could include terrine of confit duck with shallots and caramelised peaches or deep-fried cockle and laverbread seafood parcels with lemon mayonnaise.
Follow with battered cod, superb hand-cut chips and homemade tartare sauce or silky, fresh sea bass with spicy vegetables and saffron rice. Meat eaters could choose loin of pork with a fondue of leeks and Welsh cheese gratin and a grain mustard sauce.
Don’t miss desserts such as chocolate torte or a wonderfully sharp and fruity baked lemon tart.
